I wish to apply to Pilbara Iron for approval for subsidy, to the maximum value of $3000, to install a waterwise garden at the above residence. I accept responsibility for the maintenance of the garden once established. I fully understand that a charge will be made at the time of settlement if this obligation is not met. A plan of my proposed waterwise garden is attached to this application form. You will need to Mail or Fax all attachments through to our Customer Service Centre.
