Application for Purchase Cost Reimbursement

A copy of your settlement statement, bank statements and any other relevant documentation to support your claim must be attached with this application. You can do this via fax or mail. See here for details.

I have purchased this property as my primary place of residence, and I am applying to be reimbursed (subject to approved receipts) up to a one time maximum of $15,000 to assist with legal, statutory and conveyancing costs.

I agree and understand that, should I leave the company or the property ceases to be my primary place of residence, within two years of receiving the settlement costs, I am required to pay back the settlements costs in total to Pilbara Iron.
