1. I am renting the above property and wish to paint some or all of the internal areas of the property.
2. I understand that, if approved, painting is to be completed at my own expense and Pilbara Iron will not reimburse costs under the Home Improvement scheme.
3. I understand that approval of colour selection is at the discretion of Pilbara Iron and I have attached colour samples with this application.
4. I accept my obligation to complete all painting to a standard acceptable by Pilbara Iron, regardless of the standard or quality of any previous painting.
5. I understand that a representative of Pilbara Iron will inspect the property on completion of the painting, to ensure that painting is completed to a satisfactory standard.
6. I understand that, should Pilbara Iron not be satisfied with the standard of painting, I will be given the opportunity to complete any necessary repairs or improvements. If Pilbara Iron is still not satisfied with the standard of the painting, I understand that Pilbara Iron will arrange for a qualified painter to complete the task at my expense.
7. I understand that no painting can start before written approval of this application is received from Pilbara Iron.
