I think I might have a mouse inside. What should I do about it?
Set traps or call in a pest controller. As the tenant, you're responsible for the control of mice, rats, cockroaches, spiders, moths and any other creepy crawlies. However, you should notify us immediately if you notice any termite activity in your dwelling.
Help! There's a snake in my yard! What should I do?

Are dogs allowed in company housing?
In most cases there's no need to leave Rover behind if you're moving to one of our houses in the Pilbara. Our policy on pets is that you must comply with shire regulations on pet ownership. So, for example, you can't keep native wildlife without a permit.
We would point out, however, you can't have a pet in transit accommodation (where you may stay up to two months when you first arrive in the Pilbara).
Pets are not permitted in any of our Strata Managed properties such as townhouses and flats.
